Organizational Diagnostics

We believe that organizations have within their walls all the insight and wisdom required to become truly exceptional. Unfortunately that understanding is often partitioned into such small pieces that it never achieves enough volume to be heard above the din of daily life.

Traditional hierarchical structures limit who can communicate with whom, and how that information can be exchanged. Our work is designed to create pockets of both insight and energy which are infectious, and can drive organizational change. The outcome is the disciplined and energetic exploration of a higher level of corporate functioning and individual satisfaction.

The traditional approach to tapping into employee wisdom has been through surveys. After doing hundreds of surveys, I have learned that the common sense wisdom about how they should be conducted is, indeed, common, but not wise. This site presents a more direct and compelling approach to engaging employees in making the company better.
